EUREKA Service Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT:
Payment is expected on the day of the appointment exactly after services have been rendered.

FURNITURE ASSEMBLY, WALL-MOUNTING, ART INSTALLATION:
We expect all items to be placed in designated rooms and the work area to be unobstructed from furniture and equipment. We reserve the right to refuse moving, carrying or shifting any items at any time. If items are to be carried or moved, hoourly charges will apply.

DELIVERIES:
If you are having an item delivered by Eureka, it is the responsibility of the Client to have the rooms ready to accept the items. Please make sure the elevators are booked for our arrival window, the hallways are cleared, any fragile items are out of the way and the floors are protected. For safety purposes we must leave the shoes on during deliveries. Charges apply for any wait times, parking time or further set backs.

CONDITION/ACCURACY OF ITEMS:
Check accuracy and condition of your items PRIOR to our teams’ arrival. If anything is damaged, broken or defective, it is the CLIENTS’ responsibility to notify the manufacturer or the place of purchase prior to our arrival. Late cancellation charges WILL apply if upon arriving, the work order has to be moved or cancelled. If a crucial part is missing and the work order is halted, you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of the work order. We do not give discounts if the workload is less than originally anticipated.

PARKING:
CHARGED EXTRA if not provided by client. Please notify us of parking availability prior to the teams’ arrival.

OTHER CHARGES:
Small parts and fittings which are not included with the product but are required to complete a secure and safe assembly, installation, or wall-mounting are charged separately. This applies to any hardware used out of our own pockets; art installation hardware, wall-rails, TV wall mounts & equipment, wall plugs, screws, fittings, etc. The client will be informed of any part charges prior to being charged.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE OF APPOINTMENT:
We require 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations in appointments. PLEASE notify us immediately if such changes need to be made and to avoid being charged the minimum work order fee.
